  Having worked for Microsoft in various guises for 13 years, I now run a Seattle-based technology consulting business with my business partner Grant. We focus on using technology to improve the efficiency of small to medium size businesses. This blog documents some of the issues that I have encountered during the course of implementing various solutions for our customers. I hope that someone somewhere finds them beneficial.
